The actual drying time/ overcoat interval may be shorter or longer, depending on film thickness, ventilation, humidity, temperature etc. The information provided above is at 30°C and 65% relative humidity.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Surface Preparation

• Surface must be clean, sound & even for the topcoat application.

• A pply APCOFLOR WPF 200 with 1:1 dilution as primer.

• A pply suitable Acrylic/ Cement Putty to make the surface even for application of the finish coat. Once the putty dries and becomes sufficiently hard, smoothen the surface by sanding with emery paper No. 320.

• A pply one even coat of APCOFLOR WPF 200 with 1:1 dilution (as primer) on the sanded surface prior to the application of APCOFLOR WPF 200 topcoat.

MIXING

A suitable power driven/ manual mixer/ stirrer is recommended for uniform thinning of the product prior to application. 3 - 5% water dilution (potable water) is recommended. Mix well and ensure homogeneity before applying.

APPLICATION

• After thinning down to desire viscosity, apply liberally with brush followed by sponge roller on the prepared primed surface with approx DFT of 75 microns per coat. 2 to 3 coats of APCOFLOR WPF 200 may be sufficient for complete opacity depending on the shades.

• Avoid application at air and surface temperature below 10°C and above 40°C.

PRECAUTION

• Product will not freeze on storage but should be allowed to rise to 10°C before use.

• Do not apply when concrete surfaces or ambient temperatures are below 10°C.

• Do not keep open container for long period.

• Tools and equipments should be cleaned with water before the material dries.

SAFETY INFORMATION

• As a general safety measure, inhalation of solvent vapours or coating mist and contact of coating with skin & eyes should be avoided. Forced ventilation should be provided when applying coating in confined spaces or stagnant air. Even when ventilation is provided, respiratory, skin and eye protection are always recommended when spraying the coating.
